Finding Calm: My Journey to a Natural Solution for Anxious Horses

Let me tell you a story about Brat, my aptly named OTTB who struggled with anxiety. He was a nervous wreck – spooky, irritable, and easily overwhelmed. I was concerned for my own safety!

I researched natural remedies that could provide real relief without doping him up. Eventually I came up with Calm Mix, a carefully crafted blend of herbs and nutrients specifically formulated to promote calmness in horses without any tranquiliser type effect.

The base ingredients target anxiety through different pathways:

  • Chamomile and passionflower provide direct calming effects;
  • Magnesium aids muscle relaxation;
  • L-Tryptophan boosts mood-regulating serotonin.

Recently, the formula was enhanced by two new additions, both of which push the serotonin reaction forward:

  • Vitamin D3
  • Niacin

This nutritional approach aims to address anxiety while nurturing overall wellbeing.

I had high hopes that this natural elixir would help my highly-strung Brat. When anxiety strikes, he struggles to focus and perform at his best. I needed something gentle yet effective to take the edge off. Calm Mix promised just that – reduced stress without drowsiness or sedation.

The moment of truth arrived: I started mixing the trial supplement into Brat’s feed. To my astonishment, it worked! For the first time, I felt safe riding him. I was thrilled that this non-drug remedy lived up to its claims!

Calm mix actually became more and more effective as my and Brat’s confidence in each other grew. EI was able to start competing with him at eventing, an accomplishment I would never have even dreamed of previously.

Has your horse struggled with anxiety too? Consider giving the new and improved Calm Mix a try. This multidimensional formula may be the balm your nervous friend needs to find their inner zen.
