Peppermint Mentha piperita
Peppermint acts as a natural antispasmodic that relaxes the smooth muscles of the gut, which helps ease gas, bloating, and mild cramping.
Turmeric Curcuma longa
The active compound curcumin helps reduce general inflammation, which can support overall gut comfort.
Slippery Elm Ulmus rubra
Hydrates with moisture to form a viscous film that shields irritated stomach and intestinal linings from acid.
Chamomile Matricaria chamomilla
