Where We Ship From

South Africa

The Herbal Horse and Pet is based in South Africa. All orders from South Africa are shipped from our Johannesburg office. To qualify for next-day delivery, please note that:

• we need to have received the order and payment by 10:30am the day before.
• your delivery address is in a major city. Our courier requires 1 to 4 days extra if you are in a remote area.

The UK and Ireland

All orders from the United Kingdom and Ireland are shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

Please note that to qualify for next-day delivery in the UK we need to have received the order and payment by 10:30am the day before. Unfortunately next-day delivery is not available for customers in Ireland.

Reunion Island and France

All orders from France and Reunion Island are shipped from our distributor in Reunion Island.

Iberian Peninsula

All orders from the Iberian peninsula are shipped from our distributor in Portugal.

The rest of the world

We are currently looking for distributors in Australia and the USA. Unfortunately, until we find one, we won’t ship any orders to these countries.

In all other countries, our terms for international delivery apply:

• Delivery usually takes place within 2 or 3 weeks following dispatch, however, seasonal peaks, delays in customs and other factors outside of our control may on occasion cause delivery to take up to 8 weeks.
• Orders delivered to international addresses will incur a Shipping Cost. Various shipping options can be chosen, depending on your country. The Shipping Cost is displayed when you view your cart before checkout.
• Import duties may be payable by recipients of international deliveries. As the customer, you will be responsible for both determining whether any such import duties/levies are payable, and making payment if required. Depending on your country and the products you have ordered import duties may range between 10% and 40% or more.
• Depending on import regulations, restrictions and other factors, certain products will unfortunately not be available for delivery in countries outside of South Africa. If a product is not available for delivery in your country, it will be marked as such on the product page. Please make sure you have correctly selected your country of delivery before viewing the availability of products.
