03 · THE FORMULATION
Every ingredient, and why it's in
Skin and coat condition rests on nutrition and on a steady immune system. Allergy Formula brings together herbs, vitamins and minerals chosen for that job. Vitamin C plays a role in the immune system of the pet, and iron matters because an iron deficiency can lead to a weakened immune system. Alongside them sit traditional herbs and a seaweed meal that carries a broad range of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Fed daily, the blend supports the skin, coat and immune system nutritionally.
Siberian Ginseng Eleutherococcus senticosus
Known as an adaptogen, widely used in sports supplements for human athletes.
Sutherlandia Sutherlandia frutescens
Contains compounds like L-canavanine and pinitol that help balance the immune response to reduce allergic reactions.
Vitamin C Ascorbic acid
Vitamin C is a natural antioxidant and supports histamine breakdown.
Iron
Low iron levels make mast cells unstable and ready to burst or degranulate, which triggers allergic reactions and histamine release
Seaweed meal Ecklonia maxima

11years ago I was ready to euthanize my Border Collie. She had no hair left and was so itchy she would roll in gravel and be just a bleeding mess. After 3 years of vets, this was no longer a quality life. My vet didn’t euthanize but took skin grafts and after analyzing found she was Adobic (environmental allergies)
So she was put on cortisone 3x a day while we figured out what foods to eliminate. But having my furchild on cortisone for the rest of her life was not a great idea.
Then I discovered Herbal Horse. At that time Beryl did not yet have the Pet range so we adapted.
Today my furchild is 100% healthy. Still on 3x cortisone per week though.
It’s the lowest I got it down to, plus a flat teaspoon of allergy herbs daily. She’s going to be 13 soon and now going grey but without Beryl and her magic potion she would not have lived so long. My dogsittter started giving my dog this formula while she was staying with them. She was suffering from green slimy discharge in her eyes every morning. When wiped away, it would produce more. After just a few days of being on this, I noticed a huge decrease in the amount of gunk in her eyes. I am now going to buy and start giving this to her to continue the improvement. She also suffers from dry skin on her lower back…I’d like to see if this helps that as well!

I have two Great Danes who have pretty sensitive tummies and I have found that if their tums get upset they need a couple of feeds with allergy formula sprinkled on it and their tums settle down. Love it because its all natural.
